Ruto is accused of law violations against humankind as a backhanded co-culprit regarding the 2007-08 post-race roughness.
Kuria rehashed the cases on Tuesday and discharged an appeal purportedly marked by Nyongo in the interest of ODM to the UN Security Council.
The report dated March 11, 2011, purportedly asked the Security Council not to concede the ICC arguments against Ruto and alternate fives suspects, who then included President Uhuru Kenyatta.

Kuria said he and Karua, Justice priest at the time, were among PNU agents who got witnesses for the Justice Kriegler Commission, which later turned them over to the ICC indictment.
"I will say Martha was a true pioneer when arraigning our case before Kriegler, as [she was] then Justice Minister. ICC reused witnesses and utilized them as a criminal case. On the off chance that you think about, the witnesses' names at the ICC and those of Kriegler are the same. We are not saying we affected the witnesses," Kuria said.
Karua prior had said she would likewise go for "the yapping's proprietor canine" and tested Ruto to table confirmation against her.

Ruto is testing the choice, saying it damages an understanding that a changed principle on ICC confirmation rejects utilization of such earlier proclamations in Kenyan cases. Ruto's attorneys contend the witnesses are inconsistent and some have conceded their announcements were false. Utilizing those announcements is uncalled for in light of the fact that the witnesses can't be interviewed, they say.
