Machakos Senator Johnstone Muthama and political investigator Godfrey Mutahi Ngunyi will now face charges of induction to roughness and ethnic scorn individually.
This takes after the Director of Public Prosecutions Keriako Tobiko's order that the two be charged for the offenses.
