Boda Boda operators in Kisumu Town and its environs have passionately denied charges that they acknowledge sexual offers from ladies as installment for their administrations in the occasion they (ladies) don't have money.
The riders are currently undermining to take to the lanes after reports in areas of the media connected them to issues with other men's wives and single ladies.
They have termed the reports as mistaken, including that the cases could prompt loss of business for them.
Driven by boda East and Central Zone Society Chairman, Nelson Odire, the administrators said the affirmations have polluted their picture and that they won't bring the defamatory cases resting.
Addressing the press in Kisumu on Sunday, Mr Odire said the boda brotherhood from the range merits a statement of regret from transports of the "false" data.
Family men
Charles Odhiambo, the Welfare Secretary of East and Central Zone, says boda riders are regarded family men and can't take part in such double-crossing acts.
Communicating solidarity with Mr Odire and Mr Odhiambo, other union individuals too censured the reports, calling for admiration from areas of the media.
They added that they have commitments to meet and they can't, consequently, acknowledge sexual favors as a distinct option for money.
Reports of Kisumu boda administrators tolerating sex as installment from ladies – rather than the routine money – initially showed up on nearby webloids in October 2015.
They further guaranteed that most boda administrators have become so used to the exchange that they have begun conveying parcels of security in their toolboxes
