Going down over the weekend at Borabu Constituency, DR NYANDORO KAMBI FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT will be becoming to a climax.
The football tournament which has been running for the last 6 months attracted several teams from various parts of the constituency, will be going down at Manga Ensonko.
The tournament has enabled the talented youths of Borabu got an opportunity to showcase their potential in the field.
Dr. Kambi has been in the frontline to help the youth in naturing their potentials and talents through this regular sporting activities.
Through this the youth have been engaged in a well counseling and guidance program, with lessons on the importance of curbing criminal activities, giving civic education on the importance of participating actively in leadership through encouraging voter registration, social-economic responsibility of the community has been also pushed through this tournament.
The participants of the tournament though this teams have been able to benefit adversely from the activities by getting playing its including balls, uniforms, sports shoes and even renovating of their playing facilities.
This is to ensure that the community engages in constructive activities which will enable peaceful coexistence amongst them. Community values and maturing of social morals is also part of the goals that DrNyandoro Kambi is aiming achieve.
Dr Kambi has been also in an highly geared campaign to do charity work in the community though his foundation of empowering people.
WE ARE URGING ALL THE RESIDENTS OF BORABU CONSTITUENCY AND ANY OTHER WILLING PARTIES TO TURN UP IN LARGE NUMBERS AT MANGA ENSOKO ON 24th JULY 2016, to cheer up our determined brothers and sisters as they battled for the title in the fields.
