LEADERSHIP VACUUM HURTS CONSTITUENTS IN KISII COUNTY.

Back in high school if anything happened in class the teacher believed the class monitor knew, in the dormitory, the dorm prefect knew and in school the school captain knew.

When I was serving as president in south South Eastern Kenya university I took liability of everything that happened in my tenure whether failure or success. Now Mtumishi has been summoned to Gesonso police station to see the DCIO concerning the same matter. It's believed after that he will be required to move to parliament police station. This is the situation when leadership becomes a burden and a leader stays in power for too long until brains are drained.

He has become desperate arresting anybody not knowing he just needs several cells to accommodate all his constituents who are behind the few courageous faces.

FACTS WELL KNOWN BY THE PUBLIC.

Mr Opore Mp, Bonchari 

1. Now it emerges that our beloved Mp Mr Opore, has never raised any concern regarding the dramas happening around his Constitutiency.


2. Schools have burning in Bonchari with the recent worst case being Itierio high school.


3. The area Mp Mr Opore doesn't hold hands with Mr Otara (The school principle)


4. The school principle Mr Otara is husband to Kisii county women rep Mary Otara.


5. Mary Otara maybe eyeing the Bonchari constituency seat come 2017.


6. Itierio high school is the tallying center for Bonchari.


7. The area Mp has never said anything concerning fires in his constituency.


8. The area mp has never consulted the school principal on the matter.


9. The area Mp has never sat with the school board of management to discuss anything concerning the school.


10. The area Mp has never sat with the church council who are the main sponsors of the school.


11. Itierio girls is adjacent to Itierio boys and the the area mp has constantly pushed for the transfer of principals of Itierio girls and boys.
