    Reports confirm arrest of three officers linked to lawyer's death, his client and Taxi driver


    Inspector-General of Police has affirmed the arrested of three officers connected to the Killing of legal advisor Willie Kimani, his customer Josephat Mwenda and cab driver Joseph Muiruri. 





    In the news sent to newsrooms late Friday evening, the police guaranteed general public that investigations  are in progress "with a view to ensuring that justice is done to all." 





    The National Police Service distanced itself from the conduct of the arrested officers taking note of "we reiterate that their behaviour is not representative of what the National Police Service stands for and the few rogue elements will always be dealt with firmly according to the law." 





    On Friday evening, the Law Society of Kenya seat Isaac Okero requested the acquiescence of senior police managers Inspector-General Joseph Boinnet, Deputy Inspector-General Samuel Arachi and Interior Cabinet Secretary Joseph Nkaissery over the killings. 


    Legal advisors pledged to down their apparatuses for a week over the executing of their partner.
