The recent incident on the two groups of youths who turned against each other at Gusii stadium on Sunday with each group claiming to bring the youths together has now been criticised by residents.According to the residents, they accused the youths who caused chaos in Kisii town by saying that they have lost direction.
Led by Duncan Nyachweya he said that the youths should look for a good way of presenting their grievances to the government rather than using violent ways in the name of meetings.
“When need to focus as youths in ways which will help us, there is no need for organising meetings which finally show how hooligan we are , this is that time youths needs to come up with a better ways of the articulating issue,” he said.
The two group’s one being led by Anunda Seth was confronted with another group led by Geoffrey Mosiria where each group said it was permitted to use the Gusii stadium from their meeting.
This comes after youths said that they have been sidelined by the Omogusii unity team.
