Crime Fact: After Clea, Many Teenage Girls Have Embraced Gaza Armed Crime

Just turning in bed thinking of whether to wake up or continue sleeping after a long previous night of doing round ups on crime stories when my phone rings and though hesitant to pick up the call, I go ahead.

"Hallo buda me naitwa "Gidoh"(Not his real name) na nimepata number yako facebook na pia huwa nakufollow sana story zako za crime boss. Uko fiti."

I quickly said thanks and before I asked him if he had any other reason to call, he adds, "Lakini buda kuna kitu nadai usaidie kadem flani wa mtaani ameingia ugondi hata kama ni job mtafutie jo au mbongeshe inbox uone kama atakusikia juu vile namwona ni msupa sana lakini form yake ni Gaza damu kupora wasee na mbogi yake. "

With that kind of brief I asked him whether I could call him back and in a few minutes called and had a lengthy talk with him. I was shocked to hear the long list of teenage girls who have simply decided to embrace crime.

Among the list, one name struck out and I happened to have visited the shooting scene where the lady gangster had been ambushed together with her boyfriend and killed by police just over a month ago.

Some of the ladies in question are barely off their teen years and are in their early twenties, some dropped out of school and today are crime hardened accomplices to male criminals who have taken to terrorizing city neighborhoods with abandon and are a careless "trigger happy " lot who will kill with the slightest resistance by their victims.

Just a little while back, Kenyans got talking after female gangster Clea Ady Vibez was gunned down by police and her bullet riddled body a far shadow of the beautiful looks she had on many of her social media pictures and in real life for those who knew her personally.

But the current breed of lady gangsters simply "breathe defiance" and love to be "Queens" to notorious criminals most of whom have been killed by the police since the recent declaration by Nairobi Police chief Mr. Japheth Koome that "police will not rest until the city is safe"

"If you are a criminal, am sorry but we are coming for you. We will kill you",warned the all time tough talking police chief.

To avoid easy detection by police, make criminals have embraced their female counterparts who act as mules to carry and stash their illegal weapons but according to a confidential report from both Kayole and Buruburu police divisions, at least ten or so female gangsters are being sought and have a "wanted" tag on them.

Victims of their acts have vividly painted a picture of young ladies with a finger on the trigger and several other have not lived to tell but eye witness accounts describe the gang as having a lady among them.

Notably, most of these ladies have taken to their social media accounts like facebook to post their love for Gaza gangs and their own involvement like one "Sling Berry" who is barely off her teens did a post on facebook about her love for Gaza gang, and openly admitting that she is indeed a part of Gaza gang.

As the police keep their pledge to battle with rising teenage gangs, we can only imagine the level of criminal intoxication that these lady gangsters have embraced.
