Declarations are now the order of the day in Gusii region. Since the Jubilee Government showed interest in the rich Gusii region, a number of people have placed themselves in strategic noticeable positions to gain recognition from the moneyed jubilee government.
After the Otamba declaration there has followed numerous declarations including Kenyenya and Gesero declaration.
The Youth have not been left aside, some few sharp wise conmen have taken up on the opportunity to hide behind a common Kisii Nyamira Youth Declaration so as to position themselves in a negotiating position in the jubilee government.
The Youth led by Geoffrey Mosiria a third runners up in the SONU elections and sports secretary in SONU, have held several meetings at the Pan African hotel and met influential youth leaders from Nyamira and Kisii to convince them join the conning cartel.
Mosiria has been on the hunt down of bloggers to keep his Posta moving in all social platforms.
However, a number of youth from Nyamira have rejected the declaration and termed it a selfish idea meant to channel food to the hungry youth’s stomachs.
